  2. If your order is fulfilled directly by us, we will process and fulfil it as soon as we reopen in Nov 2023. If you wish to cancel the order, please send us an email directly.
  3. If you have any warranty-related concerns, kindly send us an email, and one of our team members will respond to your inquiry as promptly as possible.
