Terms and Conditions: Win a Mystery Gift Promotion:

1. Eligibility:
   • The promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase of $500 or more in a single order.
   • Employees of [Your Company Name], its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
2. Promotion Period:
   • The promotion begins on 7th July 2024 and ends on 31st August 2024, or while stocks last.
3. Mystery Gift:
   • Each qualifying order will receive one mystery gift.
   • The value of the mystery gift will range between $20 and $300.
   • Mystery gifts are randomly assigned and cannot be exchanged or returned for their cash value or for another product.
4. How to Qualify:
   • Spend a minimum of $500 (excluding taxes and shipping) on a single order during the promotion period.
   • The $500 minimum must be met after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
5. Stock and Availability:
   • Mystery gifts are available only while stocks last.
   • MAD Electronics Australia reserves the right to substitute any gift with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Delivery:
   • Mystery gifts will be shipped with your qualifying order.
   • In the event of separate shipments, the mystery gift will be included in the first shipment, subject to availability.
7. Returns and Exchanges:
   • If you return items from the qualifying order and your total falls below $500, the mystery gift must also be returned.
   • If the mystery gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
8. General Conditions:
   • MAD Electronics Australia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond MAD Electronics Australia 's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by MAD Electronics Australia in its sole discretion.
   • MAD Electronics Australia reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a disruptive manner.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   • By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MAD Electronics Australia and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the promotion and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
10. Governing Law:
    • The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
