FAQ

Why my soldering iron is not heating up?

1. Please make sure power has correctly connected. (A red LED light will turn on once you touched the steel ball switch)
2. Make sure the threaded bush is screwed onto the tip (You will need to PULL off the protective cover not unscrew it. Unscrewwing the cover takes the threaded bush off as well & stops the soldering iron from heating up)
3. If the threaded bush is not on, disconnect power and try again after threaded bush been screwed back on.
