New Audiophile Premium Mastered. Ceramic base. Gold plated grid for increased bias stability as well as top of the line sonics and performance. Ultra-long life, high-quality construction and superior sonics with improved performance make it a top choice. Like the original Western Electric 300B, it has the eight course, directly heated filament, 40 Watt plate dissipation, classic large-shoulder tube glass. The 300B EH’s plate curves and static DC characteristics (plate resistance, transconductance, mu) also exactly match the original’s for confident drop-in replacement in any vintage or modern 300B amplifier. Sold as single or factory matched pairs.
