This thermal insulating, self-closing, quick-install sleeve is engineered with a reflective aluminium foil outer layer over an insulating fibreglass inner layer. It offers oil and corrosion resistance and allows continuous operating temperatures from -40 up to 150 degrees. Perfect for protecting cables, hoses, tubings, and wiring looms from radiant heat in automotive and industrial applications. Designed for in-field application, simply cut the sleeve to the desired length and wrap it around an item of up to 25mm in diameter. Then simply peel off the edge strip to reveal the adhesive seam to enclose the sleeve wrap to seal your item for protection. Tested according to SAE J2302 standard.
