- Website exclusive: This promotion is available only at madelectronics.com.au. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are excluded. We do not provide a retrospective 10% refund, credit or price adjustment on marketplace orders under this promotion.
- Marketplace cancellations and reordering: This offer is not intended to transfer existing marketplace orders to our website. Where we reasonably establish that a marketplace order has been cancelled solely to reorder the same items on our website for this discount, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to decline the promotional discount or cancel the replacement website order. This does not apply to cancellations made when exercising statutory consumer rights. If we cancel the website order, any payment received for that order will be refunded in full.
- Pricing errors: If a genuine pricing or promotional calculation error affects an order, we will contact you promptly. Where permitted by law, we may cancel the affected order and refund all amounts paid for it, or offer you the option to proceed at the correct price. - Orders placed before the promotion: Orders placed before 12:00 am on 1 November 2026, Sydney time, are not eligible for this promotion. We do not provide retrospective refunds, credits or price adjustments for the promotional difference on these orders, even if payment, dispatch or delivery occurs during November. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
