These terms apply when you use MBot, the AI assistant provided on the MAD Electronics website.
1. General Information Only
MBot is provided to help with basic product questions, order tracking guidance, invoice or sales receipt requests, shipping, returns, warranty, and general customer support.
MBot responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should check important information with MAD Electronics before relying on it.
2. No Professional Advice
MBot does not provide licensed, professional, technical, electrical, installation, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.
For licensed work, installation, compliance, cabling, electrical work, safety-critical use, or any regulated work, you must consult a qualified professional.
3. Product Information, Pricing, and Stock
Product information, stock availability, compatibility, delivery estimates, and pricing may change without notice. MBot may not have real-time or complete information.
Current product pricing and availability should be checked on the MAD Electronics website or confirmed with our team.
4. Orders, Tracking, and Invoice Requests
For privacy and security, MBot may ask you to verify order details before providing tracking help or sending an invoice or sales receipt.
Marketplace orders may not include the same order number or customer email address used on the marketplace. You may need to provide details such as last name, delivery postcode, phone last 4 digits, and the email address where you want the invoice or sales receipt sent.
If MBot cannot verify your order, or if more than one possible order is found, MAD Electronics may need to verify your request manually.
5. Privacy
Information you enter into MBot may be processed to answer your question, verify an order, request tracking information, or send an invoice or sales receipt.
Do not enter sensitive information unless it is needed for your request. Do not enter passwords, payment card details, or bank details into MBot.

6. Availability
MBot may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or unable to answer some questions. MAD Electronics may change, suspend, or remove MBot at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MAD Electronics is not responsible for loss or damage caused by reliance on MBot responses, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
