NE556 - 14 - Dual 555 timer
The ubiquitous 555 Timer has been a mainstay in hobby electronics for decades. This is the dual version called 556. It features two complete 555 timers in a 14-pin package and shares the power-supply pins of the two timers in one unit. It's a 14 pin IC used in a variety of timer, delay, pulse generation, and oscillation applications.
