Redback 240W Public Address (PA) Dante Zone Amplifier

This series of amplifier combines the popular half rack concept and adds Dante® connectivity for flexible routing and distribution of audio across a commercial PA installation. The half rack size allows installers to mix and match zone amplifiers within 1RU of 19” rack space. This offers flexibility for installers, allowing the installation of zone amps to closely match the requirements of the customer. The ethernet Dante® port on the rear allows signals to be routed to the amplifier seamlessly over IP cabling with interoperability between thousands of Dante equipped digital audio devices. Each amplifier is a Class-D design offering high performance in a compact space, with excellent power efficiency. The front panel offers adjustment for each channel plus bass and treble control. Individual protection, clipping and signal presence indicators are provided for each channel. All outputs are via pluggable euroblock connectors with 100V line and 8Ω outputs available. Inputs are via balanced euroblock pluggable screw terminals and Dante UTP ethernet. Dante signals will mute the 3 pin euro plug signals. A high pass filter switch can be activated on each channel. For installations using only one amplifier, a mounting bracket adaptor provides an easy way to bolt into a standard 19” racking system.
