The 02634MC antenna is a rugged ground independent antenna for use in extreme environments. It is constructed with a solid matching section base, and a rugged flexible stainless steel wire cable radiating section. The wide bandwidth is ideally suited to coverage across many operating bands (380-520MHz). This antenna is ground independent and will operate on both metal and non-metal surfaces. It is ideally suited to the mining industry or other severe environments, where damage to conventional antennas is prevalent.
